• Check - In is at 3 PM on your scheduled day of arrival. It is a self check - in.

• The door is controlled by your own personal code that will be sent to you prior to arrival. You will also receive instructions for operating the keypad.

• There is a total of 6 homes with different names. Make sure to identify the correct home you have reserved.

• Our parking lot is directly behind our building, that is accessed through the alleyway. Before arrival you will be sent detailed driving instructions to the home.

• After arriving, be sure to place the parking pass on your two vehicles. Please read over parking rules.

  Please don’t hesitate to reach out for clarification!

• Check - Out is at 11 AM on your scheduled day of departure.

• Remove all your food items from the fridge, and dispose of kitchen garbage in the trashcan located in the wood garbage enclosure or the large cans in the parking lot. Please do not place garbage bags on the ground at any time.

• Start a load in the dishwasher of any dirty dishes, they don’t need to be put away - just started.

• Leave the parking passes on the hook near the kitchen.

• Double check that all your personal belongings have been removed.

• Ensure all doors are locked before leaving.

1. QUIET HOURS: 10 pm to 9 am. No noise outside after 10 pm. Failure to comply with noise regulations shall result in a forfeiture of the entirety of your deposit.

2. No playing music outside at any time.

3. Smoking is NOT allowed.

4. Parking is allowed in the spots that correlate with your house letter. The vehicle limit is 2 per home, at all times no exceptions. Vehicles are NOT allowed to park on the opposite side of the alleyway, parking in spots labeled with numbers is prohibited. Vehicles without parking passes or illegally parked are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

5. Be aware that wildlife lives in this region. Please lock all doors to avoid wildlife coming in the house.

6. Bunk beds: a. Be careful climbing up and down from the bunk beds. b. No jumping from one bed to another. c. No jumping on beds.

7. Please don't flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. NO sanitary items, wipes, flushable wipes (including biodegradable), paper towel, hair, food, cotton balls/swabs, etc (not even flushable items) can be flush in the toilet. Guests are fully responsible for damages and costs occurred due to misuse.

8. There is a trashcan in the wood enclosure on the parking side of the house. Please dispose of kitchen garbage and recycling in this area at the end of your stay. Do NOT place garbage on ground, if your can is full please use dumpster can in parking area.

9. Heating and Cooling: To turn up or down the heat just tap on screen and adjust the temperature. F2 allows control of fan speed. Each room has a thermostat.

10. Pet Rules:

a. Kallio House (A), Parro House (D), and Arbour House (F) - NO pets (dogs or cats) allowed. A charge of $500 will be applied to account if there are pets present.

b. Silo House (B), Orlo House (C) and Aure House (E) - Pet fee is an extra $150 charge per pet, not to exceed 30 pounds. A charge of $500 will be applied to account if there are pets without authorization present. All pets must use facilities outside, owners must pick up after pets and dispose in dumpster outside. Cats are not allowed.

11. Guests must keep the property and all furnishings clean and in good order. Guests are responsible for any damages.

Parking Rules

Vehicles are not allowed to back into parking spots, front in parking only.

Limit is 2 vehicles per house at all times. All other vehicles must be parked elsewhere.

Vehicles with out parking passes or illegally parked are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Additional Vehicle Parking

The home offers 2 free parking spots in our private lot. Please review parking info below for additional cars.

March 16 - November 14 - For other vehicles, you can find free overnight street parking to the east of our building, in the residential streets. Free parking is found 1100-1300 block of Commercial Street. When leaving our parking lot, drive straight through the intersection and parking can be found here.

November 15 - March 15 - New Winter Parking Regulations There is no parking on city streets in residential areas between 12 AM - 7 AM and in commercial areas between 3 AM - 7 AM. This restriction applies no matter the weather conditions. Please be aware there are no overnight parking lots in Leavenworth.
