• Check-in is at 3 PM on your scheduled day of arrival. It is a self check-in.

• The door is controlled by your own personal code that will be sent to you prior to arrival. You will also receive instructions for operating the keypad.

• Detailed driving instructions will be sent before arrival.

• Check-out is at 11 AM on your scheduled day of departure.

• Remove all your food items from the fridge and dispose of kitchen garbage in the trash cans in garage. If can is full, please place next to cans.

• Start a load in the dishwasher of any dirty dishes. They don’t need to be put away - just started.

• Double check that all your personal items are removed.

• Ensure all doors are locked before leaving.

1.Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 9 AM. No Noise outside after 10 PM per city ordinances. Failure to comply with noise regulations will result in a fine.

2. No playing music outside at any time.

3. Smoking is not allowed on property. There will be a fine for smoking and/or littering.

4. Be aware that wildlife lives in this region. Please lock all doors to avoid wildlife to come into the house.

5. Hot Tub: a. No children under the age of 18 are permitted in hot tub at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. b. DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVER. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm. c. $200 fee will be charged to guest in case of any additional cleaning due misuse of the tub. d. No glass in or around the hot tub.

6. Please don't flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets because we are on a sensitive septic system. Guests will be charged damages from misuse.

7. Trash cans are in the garage which is accessed thru the laundry room. There is one can for recycling another for trash. Do not leave garbage outside, this will attract unwanted wildlife.

8. Fireplace: The indoor fireplace is wood burning. Leaving excess ash or wood debris is prohibited and damage from sparks or fire will be charged to the Traveler’s. NO FIRES ARE ALLOWED IF NOT PERMITTED BY US FOREST SERVICE or COUNTY ORDINANCES, please check prior to starting any fires.

9. Pets are allowed with $150 pet fee. a. No pets are allowed on the furnishing or in the hot tub. b. Pets must use facilities outside, and owner must pick up after pets. c. No cats.

10. Parking is limited to six (6) vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road or on any grass surface is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

11. Guests must keep the property and all furnishings clean and in good order.

12. No fireworks at the property. Fireworks are banned in the county.

• Parking is in the driveway directly in front of the home, up to 6 vehicles.

• No street parking, no parking on the grass.

• You may use the garage for up to 2 vehicles.
